We recommend move-ups every 6–8 weeks depending on hair growth and lifestyle. Faster growth or frequent washing may require sooner attention. Regular maintenance preserves adhesive strength and prevents slippage, ensuring a seamless, comfortable fit for your extensions.

Yes — please arrive with clean, dry hair. Shampooing and styling are not included in the move-up service. Clean hair allows adhesive to bond properly and speeds the process. If you need washing or styling, book an additional service.

Appointment length varies with the number of tapes and hair density. Most move-ups take between 45 and 90 minutes. Your stylist will provide a more accurate time estimate when evaluating your extensions during booking or at arrival.

A standard move-up replaces adhesive and repositions tapes without changing hair color. If you want a color adjustment or have noticeable color mismatch, discuss additional color services. We can blend or dye extensions during a separate appointment.

We remove old adhesive and apply fresh tape; the used adhesive strips are discarded. Most high-quality wefts can be reused if they're undamaged and properly cared for. Your stylist will inspect wefts and recommend replacement if necessary.

Aftercare includes avoiding oil-based products at the tape line, sleeping on a silk pillowcase, and brushing gently to prevent tugging. Wait 48 hours before shampooing to let adhesive set. Use recommended sulfate-free products and schedule regular move-ups to maintain longevity.
